We work with Kory Robertson State Farm Insurance for our corporate vehicle coverage, and the service we receive consistently exceeds our highest expectations.
Our most recent interaction was with Howard Lange, who is an absolute gentleman. Howard is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and possesses a stellar customer service skill set. He made sure our last policy correspondence was handled seamlessly.
The entire team is thorough and diligent. When we first set up our corporate auto policy, they were extremely attentive, helping us navigate essential coverage components that aren't common knowledge. Kory and his team continuously review our policies and frequently apply discounts we wouldn't even know to look for until they show up on our statement.
What we appreciate most is their local commitment and accessibility. Whether we are dealing with something critical like a claim or a minor administrative update to our billing info, it is always resolved with a simple phone call or email.
